Delivery

Drotes exercises the utmost care in processing and shipping orders and will strive to deliver according to your selected shipping method.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, typically in the order they are received. While we endeavor to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

If your delivery exceeds 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with estimated delivery information. If your order does not arrive on time, please contact our Customer Service at info@bck.drotes.com.

Prices and Delivery Charges

All prices displayed on bck.drotes.com include applicable UAE VAT (Value Added Tax), unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be clearly indicated during checkout and may vary depending on your location and delivery method.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside the UAE):

• GCC customers: Customs duties and import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

• EU, US & International: Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other local taxes upon arrival. Drotes is not responsible for these charges and will not reimburse shipping fees for unclaimed or rejected parcels.

Ordering

Once you place an order, and if you’ve provided a valid email address, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

If we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g., out of stock or payment issues), we will inform you as soon as possible. If payment has already been made, we will attempt to issue a refund via the original payment method. If this is not possible, our customer service team will reach out to arrange an alternative.
