Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, we accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

We reserve the right to reject any returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Final sale items
  • Underwear or socks
  • Gift cards
  • Limited-release or collaboration pieces (unless stated otherwise)
How to Return
  1. Email info@bck.drotes.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or store credit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.
